I was a walk in for an oil change and state inspection. Everything went smoothly and I only waited there an hour and then they were done.

ADAM SGROI and his staff went way above and beyond to make our out of the state purchase a fantastic and seamless transaction.The communication was impeccable. He handled everything including the shipping. We agreed to a great price on the phone and sat back. In a couple of hours he had the entire transaction ready for a signature. IT WAS THAT SIMPLE!!!

I visited this dealership and bought a new Kia on 8/10/2024. The sales and finance staff were friendly and welcoming. I am new to the area and new to KIA. I drive a 2023 KIA Rio hatchback which I initially brought into Southern mid-August 2023 for routine maintenance. As far as first impressions, I quickly attempted to find a service center other than Southern because of an unresolved issue and lack of communication. Right or wrong, I did not complete the surveys at the time - giving the service department the benefit of the doubt and remaining neutral. While at the Dealership I had an issue with my vehicle and was highly frustrated. While at the counter an employee by the name of Brittani displayed amazing customer service she calmed me down and assisted me during my time at the shop and insured me that everything will be fine. Recall service, kept intouch, servicing was having a rough Monday morning, but still got me in and out super quick, just over an hour. My only gripe would be getting to and parking at the service dept. It's tricky.

Hands down some of the BEST customer service I have received when it comes to my car. I originally brought my Kia Telluride to the Williamsburg Kia back last October for a state inspection, oil change and tire rotation. While I was there they damaged my vehicle, cosmetically and internally, pretty badly and it took 8 weeks to get back and cost them $4k in repairs cosmetically to my passenger side. After my car being damaged I took it back to Williamsburg Kia again for another oil change hoping in good faith my car would not be damaged any further. Thats ...
