I had an awful experience with Greenbriar service and sales, which is not settled in my opinion. TJ and Lynhaven redeemed me as a 3rd time Kia customer.
Quoted my wife over $550 for all services. She called me to let me know the price, but I questioned what all was included. When I told the representative that we have services included in our Souther Hospitality, it seemed as though he was trying to backpeddal after I called him out on it. He told me that it was only going to be around $400. The way he responded made it seemed like he was trying to overcharge my wife.

My experience up to the last 2 visits were great. When informed that the dealership was no longer honoring the lifetime oil change and state inspections as promised as part of the Southern Dealership Experience Fuentes that was made when I purchased the car my relationship with your dealership went sour. I will no longer be using your dealership for any services and will never recommend anyone use it for anything since you do not stand behind your advertised promises. I intend to file a complaint with the Better Business bureau against both your dealership and the Southern franchise.

Came down and received the best service from the staff here. Initially David will work with you efficiently and get everything done, but Raheed was most helpful. Everyone is helpful and DJ was the best he’ll get you in and out making sure you’re satisfied with getting yourself a car. If you need any help with anyone definitely look into these people to help you out they are great!

Good customer service, comfortable waiting room, overall ok experience. I just wish there was better price transparency upfront. The person I worked with did help a not but I don't think it should take a lot of 'magic' to get to a certain price. The price should be told upfront vice after the work is done. It's was an $800 difference than what was quoted.

The general manager Mr.Jensen was amazing and super helpful and got me the car I wanted to purchase from the sister dealership! Gave me a great deal and was very honest and up front about everything! The only downside we noticed was the tightness of the parking lot. TJ and Sam were both awesome and super helpful. TJ knew his cars and the specs for each model and trim. We had an idea of what we wanted when we got there but he team there made the process smooth. Great customer service.

Everyone professional location clean . But slow I think it should be a little faster. 3 to 4 hours for a oil change is a little excessive

The service manager and Kyleigh have been so wonderful throughout my car issues and fixing them! They have been nothing but kind and kept me up to date with the progress. They are the only reason that I will return. I would recommend Kyleigh 100% !
I would however NOT recommend RT! He is rude and not there to help you at all. You will not hear from him about your car until it’s done even if that takes days for a major repair. And good luck getting a return phone call from him.
