Worst service ever I'm not coming back. Had my car all day did diagnostic cost me 295 and did nothing never called me back. I had to go in and get my car it took and hour to get it and and they didn't even put a rejection sticker on it.

Had many new cars of various brands between all the family members and this Kia dealership had some of the best service I’ve experienced from the moment you walk in and get greeted by an advisor in like 10 seconds to keeping you notifed of their progress. Had a simple state inspection, oil change, and tire rotation with a 9:30 appt and was in the car at 10:40 driving home. Had two updates in 1 hour. Great service.

Took the best care of me. Logan and DJ were patient and understanding with my situation. Was able to get me the car I wanted with the least amount of hassle. Nice , friendly, and thorough. The customer service was unusually bad. My car was towed there in the evening and sat there all day with no one looking at it. I had to tell them it was under warranty before they would touch it even though they had all day to look at a computer to figure it out.

I have been coming here for years. Over the last few years, it has gone downhill. The phone system has been broken for sometime. Mentioned it several times. Diagonostic fee increased, credit card fee now imposed????? Most people have to use credit cards due to the costs of repairs. Just because you got a new system, doesnt mean you pass the cost on to the consumer. My last repair, seemed good, after waiting for a shuttle for an hour, after drop off, i ended up taking a lyft. Unfortunately, 3 days after the repair, all my service lights came on, barely ...

Great customer service and very pleased with the mechanical work that is done on my vehicle.

Nobody answers the phones. Lied about work needed done. Never returns phone calls. Tries to take advantage of customer. Paid for pressure test that was never done and verified by independent dealer. Video sent matches nothing written up on paper. Rude service advisor. Absolutely inefficient, incompetent, rude and untrustworthy service, I would never recommend this service.


After inspection, the cooling tank is completely empty, the alignment is not made correctly, the steering wheel is turned 5-7 degrees to the side and failed to adjust, all wheels are pumped up to 41psi.

The service center is the absolute worst I have ever experienced at a dealership, my car was running perfectly fine before I took it here. After 4 times of taking it to be serviced WITHIN THE LAST 6 MONTHS, it’s still not running good. HORRIBLE.

Poor customer interface, unreliable online reservation, lack of timely diagnosis and service. Repeated request for cost of repairs without one being provided. Limited qualified mechanics to evaluate and service older GMC pickups.


Was greeted pleasantly and I needed to follow up on 2 items. Everything went smoothly and my concerns were addressed. Have a service appointment scheduled. Service advisor was very helpful.

T.J. Caforio, the salesman, was excellent. He took time to explain the different aspects of the car and answered all my questions. This is not my first car but the dealership is why I bought this car. I took the car in for the 6 month service and this too was done professionally.

This was by far the best service experience I have had at Lynnhaven Kia. We have a 2020 Telluride and a 2022 Carnival and this was the most efficient, customer centric service experience yet.

For the 14 years I have been a faithful Southern.customer. I have purchased 3 Souls and always had my service done there and given Southern Kia a 5-Star review. This time they let me down! They have great customer service in general but this time it took the guy 40 minutes to get the car to me so I could driive itback home. Servuce dept great, customet reo great, kud looking for my car...no sense of urgency.

The service department did a fine job. I appreciate the work and the video was a nice touch as well.

Only thing was that my computer in my car wasn’t reset to track the new mileage. But, service was quick for a walk-in oil change at the last minute and only took 2hrs. Had me in and out and back on with my day in no time!

had to come back for a second trip. First appt they only completed half of the asked for services and then forgot about me for over an hour. When they finally helped me they just gave me my keys without attempting to complete my oil change. Initial paperwork said recall & oil change and they only did the recall- leading me to have to return a few days later and wait another 2-3 hours for the oil change to be completed.

They always do a good job with my car. Only issue is i never get a call when my car is ready for pick up. 2 years in a row. When i call, noone ever picks up. I finally found s number where someone answered . she was an answer service not on premises who relayed s message . I feel they are understaffed. Only 1 person working all day . Very frustrating

This dealership is the real deal. They actually care, they actually try, they are here to help you get into a car that fits your needs and wants and will make the process as smooth as they can. Specifically Vinny was a delight, but I have to give a mention to Adam and Frank in service. Truly an amazing customer experience and the cars are in fantastic shape!


Service is ok. There is a lot of room for improvement. Everyone was kind and were trying to assist. But management has set a low bar.
