RT In service is Great. He treats his customers with respect and dignity. As far as the actual service, not happy at all! , I am going to assume my oil was change.. but this is the 4th time, I feel if you ask for something, it should be done, especially if me(the customer) is paying for it. That seems like stealing money from me. This past visit I asked for an oil change and tire rotation, and the tire rotation was Not Done.. very disappointing as a customer.

I had to take my car there twice; parts needed to be ordered. Robert worked very diligently to make sure my extended warranty was used to cover some of the repairs and parts. He is a good person and nice to deal with.

RT, Has been an outstanding service consultant. I prefer no one but him. Even though he is the best, the problem lies with maintenance. Still to this day, my check engine problem has not been addressed. Robert has great customer service and all others need to mirror him. Even the manager of services needs to step in & help from time to time.

Came down and received the best service from the staff here. Initially David will work with you efficiently and get everything done, but Raheed was most helpful. Everyone is helpful and DJ was the best he’ll get you in and out making sure you’re satisfied with getting yourself a car. If you need any help with anyone definitely look into these people to help you out they are great!

The general manager Mr.Jensen was amazing and super helpful and got me the car I wanted to purchase from the sister dealership! Gave me a great deal and was very honest and up front about everything! The car seller Mr. Eberhart Was amazing and extremely helpful! Same to Mr.Jarvis in finance! Definitely recommend this dealership! Everyone was great and didn’t feel over whelming!
The only downside we noticed was the tightness of the parking lot. TJ and Sam were both awesome and super helpful. TJ knew his cars and the specs for each model and trim. We had an idea of what we wanted when we got there but he team there made the process smooth. Great customer service.
